Sigma K9 - Frans Koster

Frans is a long time K9 trainer. in 1999 he became an official decoy for the BHN (K9 union similar like KNPV).
He is the founder of HSV Noord Limburg. This is a dog club where they give basic obedience and the more skilled members train IPO. Frans is also head instructer on this club. He titled 6 dogs in KNPV.
